Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any services, workshops, training, digital products, resources, or content provided by Cotswold Business Collective (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using this website, purchasing services, or attending workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
We provide educational workshops, consultancy services, training sessions, digital downloads, templates, resources, online content, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be made in full before access to workshops, services, or digital products is provided unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
3. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products, downloadable resources, templates, and materials are provided for personal or internal business use only unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of digital products:
refunds are generally not available once access or download has been provided;
by purchasing digital content, you agree that access may begin immediately and your statutory cancellation rights may be waived where applicable.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, modify, or commercially exploit any materials without prior written permission.
4. Online Video Workshop Terms
Online Workshops & Technical Requirements
Access to online workshops, training sessions, webinars, or digital learning events requires a suitable device, compatible software, and a stable internet connection capable of supporting live video streaming and interactive participation.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:
adequate internet connectivity;
suitable hardware and software;
access to any required platforms or applications;
a functioning microphone, speakers, or camera where applicable.
We are not responsible for poor audio quality, video interruptions, inability to access sessions, delays, disconnections, or reduced user experience resulting from the participant’s own internet connection, device limitations, technical setup, software issues, or other factors outside of our reasonable control.
If a participant experiences technical difficulties on their own side, refunds or replacement sessions will not normally be provided.
However, if an online workshop or session is significantly disrupted, postponed, or unable to proceed due to technical issues, connectivity problems, or service interruptions originating from our side and outside of the participant’s control, affected participants will be offered either:
a full refund for the affected session; or
the option to transfer to an alternative session date.
The choice between a refund or transfer will be at the participant’s discretion where reasonably possible.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, workshop materials, templates, branding, graphics, videos, text, downloads, and resources remain the intellectual property of Cotswold Business Collective unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
misuse the website or services;
engage in unlawful, abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
upload malicious software or harmful content;
infringe the rights of others.
We reserve the right to refuse access to services or remove participants from workshops without refund where behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
7.Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy
In-Person Workshops
A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled workshop date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop.
Cancellations made between 8–13 days before the workshop may be eligible for a partial refund or transfer at our discretion.
Transfer of Bookings
Bookings may be transferred to another person before the workshop start time by contacting us with the replacement attendee’s details.
Exceptional Circumstances
If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, such as illness or bereavement, please contact us by email as soon as possible. We may, where appropriate, offer the option to transfer your booking to a future session. Any transfer requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and remain at our sole discretion.
Minimum Attendance
Workshops are subject to minimum attendance requirements. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel workshops if minimum numbers are not met.
Cancellation by Us
If a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by us, attendees will be offered either:
a full refund, or
the option to transfer to a future session.
We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings.
